Investalist developed software that would recognise very quickly whether properties being advertised on the internet would be suitable for developers. The software took over 12 months to create. That software is now capable of maintaining a database of around 4000 plots of land and other cheap property suitable for development by investors and developers.
Once the main database was established, Investalist then set about creating another database for property for sale abroad, a third database for new developments and a fourth for forthcoming property auctions. These databases are all updated regularly.
