As a new generation, hybrid agent we believe this offers our clients the best of both the traditional and ‘Online only’ agents. Griffin Stevens is privately owned and independent. The partners are qualified specialists in both sales and lettings and deal directly with every aspect of the business. Between us, we have over 36 years of professional experience working in the Boroughs of Richmond and Wandsworth.
Our properties feature on all the leading portals including Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime location. We do not have a shop, as we think boutiques and cafes add more to the charm of the area. Therefore, we are able to offer lower, fairer fees. You only pay us if we are successful, so we have a real incentive to work hard to sell or let your property whilst achieving the best possible price.
The community, in which we have lived and worked for decades, matters to us. We are keen to make a positive contribution and are pleased to donate £200 to the charity, school, or organisation of our client's choice following a successful sale.
