The Real Estate and Property Awards are recognised internationally – with a focus on the achievements made by a company in its given area. We received the “Student Accommodation Specialists” award in 2016, 2017 and 2018 for outstanding service in our field of work – and have continued to apply the same style to this day.

Gamechangers Award

Celebrating the success, innovation and strategic vision of professionals in various sectors – most notably it draws attention to companies and individuals that have influenced the increase of efficiency and performance in their relevant industry. Being an online letting agency from the founding of the company over 10 + years ago, we have thought of the running of the company like flowing water; our work shapes and moulds differently depending on the environment, changes and anything we come up with in order to better manage the day to day activities of the business.

We received the “Gamechanger of the Year Award” award for Director Alan Malt, as well as the “UK-Regional Property Management Consultancy of the Year Award” for Studentcircle Lettings.

We don’t do what we do for the awards – like any business you want to perform well in your given industry, provide an outstanding service and in particular, we wanted to break the trend that Letting Agents are un-scrupulous individuals who are only out to make profit at the expense of their very customers.

We have a team with varied experiences both in and out of the industry; even down to having a former tenant of ours long established and helping provide the very service that they would look for as a tenant.

The recognition is a secondary outcome and something that we simply wear as a badge of honour; but something we’re grateful for when our customers and clients give back such a sentiment.

We hope to continue to meet and even exceed these expectations to better improve the accommodation living standards for Student and Professional alike in the Coventry area – and perhaps one day we will extend our reach further!
