Ashiana, in Nottingham, provides independent living accommodation for people aged over 55 years old. It is a warm, inclusive community designed with your independence in mind. While Ashiana was originally created to meet the cultural needs of Asian elders, it is now open to people from all backgrounds who value community focused living.

We have an unfurnished one-bedroom flat available in Sneinton. It‘s a self-contained flat. You‘ll have your own living room, kitchen and bathroom within our independent living scheme.

The scheme has 20 flats over three floors, which are accessible via stairs or the lift. The scheme includes a communal lounge, kitchen, laundry, gym, gardens and relaxation room. All rooms are accessed via a secure door entry system and the site is wheelchair accessible.

A scheme manager is available to enable customers to maintain full and independent lives in their own homes. They can help to signpost customers to additional services for support. The scheme manager will maintain contact with customers throughout the week to check on their wellbeing. At weekend and out of hours, customers can contact our Customer Wellbeing team for help.
