TENANT FEES & CHARGES
Temples do not charge Tenants/Applicant Fees or Charges - However a fully completed Temples Tenancy Application Form with supporting documents is always required. A copy of the application form is available upon request.


VIEWING ARRANGEMENTS:
It is our policy to protect the current occupier of any property advertised to let. An appointment to view the property must be made with the office in advance. This property may generate considerable interest more than one interested party may view the property at or around the same time. A qualified member of our letting team will accompany all viewings; appointments are available between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday subject to prior arrangement. A fully completed Temples application for tenancy is required to commence our bespoke referencing procedure.
