Fees during the Tenancy:
A Landlord can charge of £50 including vat that can be made to recover the reasonable costs that have incurred as a result of replacing a lost key or security device which has been lost/damaged by the tenant.

There is also a charge of 3% above Bank of England base rate in interest on the late payment of rent. chargeable for the day it was due to the day it is paid.
Any breach of contract where there is any financial loss by the Landlord can be charged to the Tenant during the tenancy or from the deposit after the tenancy has finished.
