This five bed student property can be found on Deramore Street, a popular student road in Rusholme. It is situated a short walk away from buses to and from the universities and town, as well as being walking distance to the Royal Infirmary. The buses come every five to ten minutes on Upper Lloyd Street (Bus 111 or 87). If you have a car there is permit parking outside the property, once you move in it is easy (and free) to apply for a permit and this means that parking is often plentiful. If you are driving to the property for a viewing there are allocated visitor bays at the bottom of the road. The property itself consists of five double bedrooms, two bathrooms and the communal lounge and kitchen. There are four bedrooms on the first floor and one bedroom on the ground floor. Every bedroom is equipped with a bed, drawers, wardrobe and desk (and desk chair). All bedrooms can be locked for privacy and furniture can be moved to make the room your own, wall hangings are permitted ONLY WITH command strips (the use of blu-tac is prohibited as this can damage the wall). The communal areas comprise of a separate kitchen and living room. There are double doors separating these rooms, and can be closed for a cosier feel or opened for a larger open-plan feel. The living room has a wall mounted TV which you can connect your own devices to for streaming and/or gaming. This makes it perfect for movie and game nights. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dryer and a dishwasher. Do be aware that a kettle and a toaster are not included. There is additional storage under the stairs, perfect for extra suitcases, the provided vacuum cleaner, or shoes and coats. There are two bathrooms in this property, the first is located on the ground floor, and the second larger bathroom is on the first floor. Both have a large shower.
