Appliances include a double oven, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer with French doors to one end leading out to Private Rear Patio with outdoor furniture, perfect to relax on a summer`s evening.

There are good transport links nearby with buses being frequent and serving other areas of Brighton and walking distance to Brighton Station with its London links. It is easy to stroll into city centre from here to main shopping areas such as Churchill Square and a 10-minute walk down to Brighton Beach.

Please note that guests may hear the occasional train noise.

In return, we ask our guests to be aware and respectful of the neighbourhood and its community. Smoking is permitted in the garden only. Whilst we do a thorough clean after each booking, we ask guests to leave the holiday home as tidy as they found it.

No refund after that.
