The bungalow has a spacious living room, bedroom, kitchen and wet room with gas central heating. There is an allocated parking space and also communal gardens.
The bungalow is part of a development of 17 bungalows that was built in 2020 for NCHA.
Monmouth Court is staffed by a scheme manager two days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday). The scheme manager will maintain contact with residents throughout the week to check on their wellbeing. At the weekend and outside normal working hours, residents can contact our Customer Wellbeing team for help. The scheme manager helps residents to maintain full and independent lives in their own homes, signposting them to additional services for support if needed.

Monmouth Court is an independent living scheme for older people. The scheme provides accommodation for people over the age of 55 years and are wanting to maintain their independence.
