We have a one-bedroom first floor flat available for rent in our independent living scheme.

The flat overlooks the riverside of the scheme and includes a lower level shower tray with doors and a curtain.

Muskham View in Newark provides independent accommodation for people over 55.

At Muskham View we have 27 self-contained flats with bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. There are also two bungalows, each with a private courtyard garden. The flats and bungalows are suitable for couples or single people.

There is a communal garden, lounge and kitchen, plus laundry facilities. The building has a secure door entry system and disabled facilities. We also provide 24-hour on-call emergency support through our Customer Wellbeing team.

The property is situated close to the River Trent and within walking distance of a supermarket, Newark Castle Railway Station and the town centre.

Please note, no dogs and cats are permitted because of the location in the building. However, caged pets and birds are welcome. Please read our Pet Policy on our website.
