There is no up front fee. You will be required to pay a Holding Deposit of 100 if you wish to be considered for a tenancy.
Once received, we will set the property to Let Agreed and not show anyone else around whilst we are considering your application. We will have 15 days to take references and for the tenancy to commence, although this can be extended by mutual, written agreement.
The Holding Deposit is refundable in full unless you fail a Right to Rent check, regardless of when the deposit was accepted, you provide false or misleading information to the landlord or letting agent, you notify the landlord or letting agent before the deadline for agreement that you have decided not to enter into a tenancy agreement, or you fail to take all reasonable steps to enter into a tenancy agreement within the 15 day period. In these circumstances, the deposit will be forfeit.
Once we have satisfactory references, we will give all the details to the Landlord who will contact you to arrange signing the tenancy. Fees during the Tenancy:
