TENANT FEES & CHARGES
Temples do not charge Tenants/Applicant Fees or Charges - However a fully completed Temples Tenancy Application Form with supporting documents is always required. A copy of the application form is available upon request.

VIEWING ARRANGEMENTS:
It is our policy to protect the current occupier of any property advertised to let. An appointment to view the property must be made with the office in advance. A qualified member of our letting team will accompany all viewings; appointments are available between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday subject to prior arrangement. A fully completed Temples application for tenancy is required to commence our bespoke referencing procedure.
