We have a one-bedroom second floor flat with a living room, kitchen and wet room available for rent.
We have a communal lounge, kitchen, laundry room, a lift and gardens. All areas are accessed by a secure door entry system and the site is wheelchair accessible.
Ben Mayo Court is staffed by a scheme manager five days a week (Monday - Friday). They help customers to maintain full and independent lives in their own homes. The scheme manager will maintain contact with customers throughout the week to check on their wellbeing. At the weekend and out of hours, customers can contact our Customer Wellbeing team for help. We can also signpost customers to additional services for support.
Please note, no dogs and cats are permitted because of the location in the building. However, caged pets and birds are welcome. Please read our Pet Policy online.
Criteria
Ben Mayo Court provides independent living accommodation in a secure, friendly environment for people aged 55 and over.
Applicants must be over state retirement age or aged 55+ and in receipt of disability benefits i.e. Personal Independence Payment, to be eligible for consideration for this vacancy.
