PERMITTED PAYMENTS

LATE RENT

EARLY TERMINATION
If a tenant requests early termination of the tenancy, a fee of up to £600 including VAT may be payable to cover reasonable costs associated with ending the tenancy and re-letting the property.
KEYS
All keys issued with the tenancy must be returned at the end of the tenancy. Replacement keys will incur reasonable costs, typically £10 - £19.95 including VAT per key, plus £15 per hour (no VAT) for staff time where applicable.
