Our current tenant is moving to London due to a change of circumstances, so we are looking to replace her.

The bedroom for rent is on the first floor. It comes with primary use of the first floor bathroom (there is a second bathroom in the master bedroom on the second floor).

We are ideally looking for a female tenant. (24F) a lawyer working in London, and partner (30M) is an academic who mostly works from home.

We only recently bought the property and moved in (end of March), so we have used the photos from the listing. Its not a scam - were just still in the process of unpacking so the photos give a better idea of what the house looks like once unpacked!
