' Any applicant, who is known to have a general tenancy support requirement and/or vulnerabilities, will not be considered for accommodation in the area.

' Only applicants aged 25 years and above will be considered for allocation in this area in the Bedsit and One Bedroom flats.

' Applicants who are employed, either full-time or part-time will be prioritised for allocation in this area to try and achieve a sustainable community.
