Stairs leading up to the first floor has two double bedrooms which are beautifully decorated and both feature an en-suite shower room with luxurious fixtures and fittings. Outside, the decked balcony is perfect for those summer nights with `outdoor bath on decked terrace`. Living here is the beach life and there is also outside seating complete with fire pit. There is parking for Two Small Cars on the driveway.
Located on Lancing seafront road, the house has parking for two cars with good transport links ,with a 15 minute walk to Lancing train station (direct trains to London) and the 700 Coastliner bus that can take you to Worthing and Littlehampton or the city of Brighton and Hove 8 miles the other way.
Locally, the ever-popular award winning Perch caf? & Gym is just a couple of minutes` walk along the beach to Lancing Green. The bustling town of Worthing is less than 2 miles to the West, with the excellent Crabshack fish restaurant just 20 minutes` walk along the beach. Lancing is a great place for kite surfing and paddle boarding. There are also a South-Coast cycle route and the Wide Water Nature reserve in nearby Shoreham and, of course, the spectacular walks of the South Downs all within easy reach.
