Inside the main house there is plumbing for a washing machine OR dishwasher only. Alternative plumbing may be available for use in the outbuildings
The property owners live on site and share small areas of the gardens with the tenants.
Cleave Farm is the main residence of a small hamlet of seven converted barns, some are residential and some are holiday accommodation
The gas hob is powered by gas bottles, which will be the responsibility of the tenants. The rest of the property serviced by electric air source heat pump
The landlord will maintain the vegetable gardens, greenhouses, and front path shrubs.
The main enclosed south-facing garden will be the responsibility of the tenant.
Webbers will arrange the tenancy, the landlords will manage the property directly thereafter
Utilities: Mains electric. Oil-fired central heating. Gas hob (bottles required). Private water sourced from a local farm, with individual meters for each property paid directly to the landlord monthly.
Leaving Bude Strand Take the A3073 out of town signposted A39. At the A39 roundabout, turn right towards Camelford. Continue for approximately 6 miles, turning right at Wainhouse Corner, signposted St Gennys. Continue on this road until the road forks, at the white cottage. Keep right and take the immediate first right turning onto a single track lane. Follow the lane, down into the valley and through the ford. Come out the other side and up the hill, you will come to a small collection of properties where Cleave Farm is found on the left hand side.
