6. Applicants with general tenancy support requirements and/or vulnerabilities will not be considered.
7. Only applicants aged 25 years and above will be considered for bedsits and one-bedroom flats.
8. Applicants who are employed, either full-time or part-time, will be prioritized to help achieve a sustainable community.

' Rent is charged over a 52-week period.
