What is really clever is the bedroom benefits from a full ensuite which doubles as a Jack and Jill from the entrance hall. So guests can access from one side but you have a fully connected en-suite as well.
Tasteful blinds have been fitted throughout the apartment. Wifi facilities are all in place for you to select a provider of choice and there is a video screen entry system for guests.
There are then more benefits! First a concierge service for your parcels and a secure parcel room all included in the rent. There is a bike store and lovely planted borders and green space around the beautiful building.
Still more...a gorgeous library building, fully kitted out with free Wifi, drinks area and plenty of seating. The location of the site is a real draw. The apartment is very close to the Hospital, Nestle and positioned in a very handy location for the commuter. You can walk into the town centre in 15/20mins and there is also a bus route directly outside the development taking you into town and beyond.
Overall a truly beautiful building in a grade A location and this apartment is in one of the nicest blocks within the building and for me is the best 1 bedroom apartment I have seen throughout the development.
