From our office in Minehead proceed on the A39 towards Dunster and at the traffic lights turn right into the medieval Dunster Village on the A396.
Follow this road through the village continuing for nearly 3 miles until reaching the next village of Timberscombe.
Turn left by the village green into Brook Street then second left by the pub into Church Street.
Climbing up stay on this road until reaching the crossroads junction with the B3224 and turning left.
Ignore the first two turnings on your right as you pass them, taking the third sign posted to Withiel Florey and opposite the junction left to Luxborough and Roadwater.
After approximately one mile, keeping straight at the Y junction, do not turn right at the thatched cottage, the property is then the first tarmacked drive on your right hand side.
