References must be provided from a minimum of 2 sources, one of which should be from a previous or current landlord.

Applicants must be able to provide a full 5 years address history for referencing purposes.

Applicants with a current drug and/or alcohol abuse issues will not be considered for accommodation in the area.

Applicants with a history of drug and/or alcohol abuse issues will need to provide evidence or references to support they have not suffered any relapse within the previous 12 months and are not at any risk of doing so should they be offered accommodation in the area.

Any applicant who is under the age of 30 years old will not considered for accommodation in the area.

Applicants with high support needs who are unable to self evacuate in the event of a fire will not be considered due to the type of accommodation.

Any applicant who is known to have general tenancy support requirements and/or vulnerabilities will only be considered for accommodation in the area if it is clear from references, background checks, suitability & affordability checks and detailed information from any existing support providers that they have no unmet support needs and that their vulnerabilities and support requirements do not place them at any risk of tenancy failure and that these do not manifest in any behaviours which are potentially problematic or have the potential to cause any disturbance to others.
