Spacious 4-bedroom house is available for rent to a group of 4 students from around the end August 2026. We are happy to consider groups of 2 or 3 students too.

The house is in a very popular student area. It is only ten minutes‘ walk to Salford university and 2 minutes‘ walk to Lidl supermarket.

All 4 bedrooms are of double size, and two are upstairs and two downstairs. The rooms are furnished with double bed, bedside table, mirrored wardrobe, bookshelf, desk, and chair. All rooms are clean with laminate floors but the entrance, stairs and landings have carpets for quiet environment.

We are currently renovating the house. The kitchen is already completed and it has brand new appliances: oven, large fridge freezer, additional freezer, washing machine, separate dryer, microwave, kettle, and toaster. The kitchen also has a dining table with chairs.

The house has one bathroom and one cloak room (attached to one of the upstairs bedroom).

Free street parking.

Rent: The two downstairs rooms are £575 per person per month including all utility bills and broadband but excluding council tax (full time students are exempt from council tax), and the upstairs rooms are £590 per person per month. However, if you are a group of 4 students, the total rent will be £2300, i.e. £575 on average per person.
