Two bedroom Victorian Terrace close to the City Centre, train station & local amenities.
A bay window to the front makes for a spacious reception room while the second and rear reception is of equal proportions. The downstairs bathroom incorporates a shower unit over the bath tub.
Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms while the half bedroom off the second bedroom is a good size.
Outside is a generous private garden at the rear while the front is small but sets the house back from the road. Parking is on-road, but non-permit.
Thorpe Hamlet is popular given its proximity to the City centre and the railway station plus easy access to both Norwich Airport and the Broadland Business Park.
Please note- the gas fires in both reception rooms have been disconnected and are non-functioning.
The property is available to view now and is offered on the following basis;
