Tenancy Information

Rent is payable termly in advance for student tenants or monthly for professional tenants.

The deposit is £450 per person.

All tenants must provide a UK-based guarantor or alternatively pay the rent for the full tenancy term in advance.

As an added benefit, the rent for the first eight weeks of the tenancy is offered at half price. This allows tenants to store belongings at the property during this initial period, although access will still be required where necessary for maintenance and property management purposes.
