South Kensington 0.2 miles'SUITABLE FOR A SINGLE PERSON ONLY'
A delightful one bedroom flat on the lower ground floor of a period terraced house. The flat benefits from its own private entrance, smart wooden flooring and small kitchenette. The apartment is only suitable for one person and has very limited cooking facilities so not suitable for regular home cooking.
The utilities and council tax are paid by the Landlord and the tenant will have to reimburse the Landlord directly every month. The Landlord will charge £200 per calendar month to include central heating, hot water, water rates, electricity, broadband and council tax. The property does not qualify for a resident parking permit from RBKC.
Please note that there is a small storage room in the vault within the apartment that the landlord uses for storage and another that has the utility meters that the Landlord will need to access sporadically in accordance with the tenant and by giving the appropriate notice of minimum 24 hrs.
The apartment is located just after Thurloe Square, and it is only four minutes walk from South Kensington Underground Station.
