Cathays 0.2 milesA beautiful 4 bedroom property situated in the heart of Cathays. This property boasts 4 double bedrooms, a separate living room and large kitchen with plenty of storage and worktop space, a dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine.
This is in a great central part of Cathays which is known to be a brilliant location as it‘s so close to the City Centre with a buzzing atmosphere.
With Sainsburys on Woodville road and Tesco on Salisbury Road the dreaded food shop is not far away as well as a selection of Restaurants and take aways.
The buzz in Cathays comes in hand with the wide selection of pubs- which host weekly events such as pub quizzes and open mic nights - not forgetting the fantastically priced drinks. The Flora is our office‘s favourite.
Cathays train station is on the doorstep, fantastic for those who live in Cardiff but study in Treforest.
