Parking: immediately opposite the premises, 9am - 6pm, High St parking is for ½ hour only; unrestricted outside those times. There is a large, free, unlimited car park provided off Station Rd (7 minutes walk).
Entrance is through an outer, shared street door, always locked (intercom is for use of the main property, The Cranny, only). The room has its own individual front door (stable-type) with its own key.

Both the wall radiator (under sash window) and the bathroom towel radiator extend from the heating system thermostatically controlled in the main property above, with an additional, large, independent, electric radiator on the central wall.

Garden/patio area opposite is for tenant‘s use (shared with one other tenant). It is rented from its High St premises on various conditions which must be adhered to.
